About LocoStory

LocoStory is a multiplayer geo-guessing game built for small groups of friends who actually know each other. Unlike geography quizzes, every place in the game was hand-picked by someone you know - guessing becomes a way of learning about them.

Why we built it

We built LocoStory because we love geo guessing games. But after many hours of playing, we realized that competing - as fun as it is - wasn't actually bringing us closer. We were missing the part where time spent together genuinely builds closeness: where after hours side by side, you come away knowing and understanding the other person a little better. That's exactly why we made this game.

Our mission

Keep small-group gaming personal. We're not building the next Twitch. We're building a thing your friend group plays after dinner - privately, lightly, with real stories behind every place.

How it works

Hosts pick spots on Google Street View. Friends join with a 6-character room code, navigate the same Street View, and guess locations on a world map. Scoring rewards both geographic accuracy and the direction you point the camera.
