You own the places, memory hints, and questions you create. By using LocoStory, you grant us a license to display this content to other players in your games. You retain all rights.

Prohibited uses

• Don't pick offensive, illegal, or harassing places, nicks, or memory hints.

Subscription

Host subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancel anytime - your subscription continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from settings.

Disclaimer

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LocoStory.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Warsaw.
